Overall, I had an ok experience, and the finished fence look good. The main area for improvement is communication around scheduling. There were a few cancelled start days without notice, and I had to call to find out what was happening. Once the project actually began, the work didn't take long to finish. The project did end up finishing about three weeks later than originally planned, but aside from the delays, the quality of the work was good.

Response from the owner:Hi Allan, thank you for your review. We’re glad to hear you’re happy with the finished fence. We appreciate your feedback regarding communication and scheduling — the cancelled start days and delays are not the experience we aim to provide. Once the project began, we’re pleased it was completed efficiently and to a good standard. Thank you again for your patience, and if you need anything further, we’re here to help.

Isaac and his team were professional, prompt, and provided true attention to detail. We had a timber fence removed and a new Colorbond fence installed. Isaac provided a detailed quote and helpful advice. To demonstrate their commitment to their work, the True Barrier Fence team started on new years eve, and concluded on new years day - not stopping until the job was done. Thank you Isaac and the team.

As most house owners with a pool, I had to deal with pool compliance. The pool inspector had asked for specific changes and I was very worried of how I’d be able to progress with being compliant and was pressed for time as I had sold. That’s when I contacted Isaac & can confidently say that was the best decision I’ve ever taken. He was so professional, understood all intricacies and came in as many times as needed to nail the job. All of this at a very competitive price! Above all he’s one top bloke with exceptional work ethic. I not only recommend but also urge home owners who have fencing needs to reach out to Isaac. He’s a legend in my books!

Response from the owner:Hi Nakul, we really appreciate you taking the time to share this. Pool compliance can be stressful, so we’re glad Isaac was able to make the process straightforward and get everything sorted within your timeframe. Thank you for the kind words — we’re always here if you need anything down the track.
