I needed a side gate and contacted True Barrier. Isaac got in touch with me straight away, and the whole process has been fantastic from start to finish. He pays attention to every detail, makes sure everything is completed on schedule, and takes pride in making sure the job is done properly. I’m really happy with the result and would definitely recommend Isaac and True Barrier to anyone.

Overall, I had an ok experience, and the finished fence look good. The main area for improvement is communication around scheduling. There were a few cancelled start days without notice, and I had to call to find out what was happening. Once the project actually began, the work didn't take long to finish. The project did end up finishing about three weeks later than originally planned, but aside from the delays, the quality of the work was good.

Got in touch with Issac for fixing our fence . Response was prompt . He came over had a look and suggested a fix . Job was done and price was reasonable . Would definitely recommend Issac / true barrier for any work related to installations , fixing of fences . Thank you

As most house owners with a pool, I had to deal with pool compliance. The pool inspector had asked for specific changes and I was very worried of how I’d be able to progress with being compliant and was pressed for time as I had sold. That’s when I contacted Isaac & can confidently say that was the best decision I’ve ever taken. He was so professional, understood all intricacies and came in as many times as needed to nail the job. Isaac was extremely responsive — he arrived within 30 minutes of my call. He quickly fixed the fence panel that had come loose due to heavy winds, and his pricing was very reasonable.
